The staff at Heads Up Source for Sports has been thoroughly trained by the
companies whose product we put on our walls. From skate sharpening to team apparel, our staff is expected to provide
unrivalled customer service to anyone who walks through our doors.
Each of our staff members have played the sports
that we cater to and can therefore relate to each of the individuals that shop in our store. Providing the right answers
to our customers is what sets us apart from any other sporting goods retailer. Commission is not provided to our staff,
so it is not unusual to see one of them talking the customer out of buying a higher priced product, to something that
may better suit their needs, both on the playing field and in their wallet.
The policy of ‘the customer comes first,’
mixed with excellent product knowledge, has proven to be a winning combination for us and is what keeps the customer
coming back.
